LUIS PHILIPPE MANZANO, nicknamed Lucky Manzano (born April 21, 1981), is a Filipino actor and television host.

He is a son of verteran actors, Vilma Santos and Edu Manzano. He inherited his prominent Chinese physical features from his mom, who is a governor of Batangas province.

Manzano was born to Filipino actors Vilma Santos and Edu Manzano. His stepfather is Former Philippine senator Ralph G. Recto of Batangas. His half-brother is Ryan Christian Recto.

He studied at the De La Salle University's College of Saint Benilde in Malate, Manila, majoring in Hotel and Restaurant Institution Management. His step-father is Philippine senator Ralph G. Recto of Batangas. He is also a friend of actress Anne Curtis, whom he met since high school.
