EDUARDO MANZANO (born on September 14, 1955), also known as Edu Manzano is a Philippine actor, politician, TV host and comedian. Manzano is currently the host of Pilipinas, Game KNB?.

Initially, he replaced Kris Aquino for an indefinite period. However, in mid June of 2007, ABS-CBN announced that he will permanently replace Kris Aquino for the show. He is also the host of the new game show, 1 vs. 100.

Manzano is the father of Philippine actor Luis Philippe Manzano and the former husband of Batangas governor Vilma Santos. He is known for his villain roles and his sense of humor.
